Cancellation Policy

We value your commitment to therapy and understand that life can be unpredictable. To maintain the quality of our service and respect everyone’s time, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Bookings
- Sessions are 50 minutes in duration
- Appointments can be booked via our website or phone
- All bookings require confirmation of date, time, and service type
- Payment is required at the time of booking
2. Standard Cancellation Notice
24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who are waiting for support.
3. Late Cancellations
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice:
- A fee of 100% of the session cost will be charged
- This fee must be paid before booking future appointments
- The fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation
4. Missed Sessions (No-Shows)
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment:
- A fee of 100% of the session cost will be charged
- This applies to both in-person and telephone sessions
- The fee must be paid before booking future appointments
5. Fee Structure
Current session fees are:
- Individual Counselling: £60
- Relationship Counselling: £75
- Disability Counselling: £60
6. Payment of Fees
- Cancellation fees will be charged to your payment method on file
- Future appointments cannot be booked until outstanding fees are paid
- Payment is required at the time of booking for all new sessions
7. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict cancellation policy, we understand that genuine emergencies occur. In such cases:
- Contact us immediately
- Provide relevant documentation if available
- Each situation will be reviewed individually
- Any fee adjustments are at our sole discretion
8. How to Cancel or Reschedule
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- Provide your name and appointment time
- Request a cancellation confirmation
