Terms of Service for Chloe's Counselling Centre

Welcome to Chloe’s Counselling Centre. These Terms of Service are designed to create a clear understanding between us as we support you on your therapeutic journey. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Our Agreement Together
By using our services and website, you’re agreeing to these terms. We’ve written them in clear language to ensure our therapeutic relationship starts with mutual understanding and trust.
2. Our Services
At Chloe’s Counselling Centre, we provide professional person-centred counselling services through:
- Individual Counselling
- Relationship Counselling
- Disability Counselling
All sessions are available both in-person and via telephone, priced at £60 per session (£75 for Relationship Counselling).
3. Your Commitments to the Therapeutic Process
When engaging with our services, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate information to ensure we can support you effectively
- Maintain the confidentiality of any online account details
- Engage respectfully with our counsellors and support staff
- Attend sessions at agreed times or provide notice of cancellation
4. Session and Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to maintain the quality of our service:
- Sessions are 60 minutes in duration
- 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations or missed sessions will incur the full session fee
- Payment is required at the time of booking
5. Our Commitment to Your Privacy
Your privacy and confidentiality are paramount to us. We:
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
- Store your data securely in accordance with GDPR
- Only share information if required by law or with your explicit consent
- Regularly update our privacy practices to ensure your protection
6. Professional Boundaries
While we provide professional therapeutic support:
- We cannot provide emergency mental health services
- In crisis situations, please contact emergency services (999)
- We maintain professional boundaries in all client relationships

7. Your Rights
As our client, you have the right to:
- Professional, ethical counselling services
- Confidentiality within legal limits
- Access to your personal data
- End therapy at any time
- Request a different counsellor if needed
